The people working in the office are very kind and welcoming. Irrespective of who attends to you they always have good background of your previous visit and what was discussed and recorded during that visit. The care plan is explained in understandable terms and you are given a chance to ask questions and air any concerns you have about the plan of care. I am totally impressed with the way I am treated as a patient. I must add that in the 4.25 years I have been a patient here, the Doctor and his staff have shown a tone of patience and willingness to guide me to achieve an optimal care of my teeth. Jabu N.
